These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vimaelectronics.com and our AC service & repairing offerings in Ahmedabad. By contacting us or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1) Service Scope

• We provide AC inspection, installation, repair, maintenance, deep cleaning, and gas refilling for supported brands.
• Final scope may change after on-site diagnosis.

2) Estimates & Pricing

• Any price shown on the website is a starting price.
• Exact charges depend on AC condition, spare parts, gas quantity, accessibility, and job complexity.
• We will share an estimate after diagnosis; work proceeds after your approval.

3) Warranty

• Service warranty (e.g., “90-day”) applies only to the specific repair work performed and as mentioned on the invoice/job card.
• Warranty does not cover pre-existing issues, mishandling, electrical fluctuations, or third-party tampering after service.
• Spare part warranty (if any) depends on manufacturer terms.

4) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address, contact info, and issue details.
• Ensure safe access to the unit (indoor/outdoor), power supply, and working space.
• Secure valuable items; we are not liable for pre-existing site conditions.

5) Appointment & Delays

We aim for same-day service where possible. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high demand, or parts availability.

6) Payments

• Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Invoices/receipts will be provided on request or as per process.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
