Cancellation & Refund

Effective Date: 28 February 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to AC services booked with Vima Electronics in Ahmedabad.

1) Service Booking Cancellation

  • You can cancel or reschedule by calling/WhatsApp at 8780966199.
  • Please inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit for smooth rescheduling.

2) Visit/Inspection Charges

  • If a technician has already been dispatched or reached your location, a visit/inspection charge may apply.
  • Visit charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch or during confirmation.

3) Refund Eligibility

  • Advance Payments: If you paid an advance and the service is cancelled before dispatch, advance may be refunded after deducting payment gateway/transaction charges (if any).
  • After Service Completion: No refund once the service is completed and accepted.
  • Parts Purchased: Special-order or opened parts are generally non-refundable. If return is allowed, it will follow supplier/manufacturer policy.

4) Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time typically 5–10 business days, depending on bank/payment provider.

5) Warranty Complaints

Refund is not the default for warranty issues. We will first attempt re-service/rectification as per warranty terms mentioned on your invoice.
